Missy lives and works in the Dallas / Fort Worth Area for ClearRidge clients. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and CPA with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer for portfolio companies with up to $600 million in annual revenue. In addition to her CFO roles, she has led due diligence on acquisitions, post-closing integration and purchase price allocation, and the identification and implementation of financial and operational efficiencies. Prior to her work as a CFO, Missy was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services. As a member of the national healthcare leadership team, she focused on valuations, mergers and acquisitions and financial reporting/compliance, purchase price allocations, and goodwill impairment testing.
Missy is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a Master’s in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Missy has extensive experience in banking and capital relationship management, financial reporting, M&A due diligence assignments, leading finance initiatives, implementing new financial systems, software and financial controls.
Missy and her husband are proud Aggies. When they aren’t watching Aggie football, they are busy cheering on their kids at soccer, basketball games and dance recitals. She is active in her church and PTA and loves spending time with her family most of all.
