Carey has a combined 30 years of business management experience working for public and private companies. Her background includes data analysis, managing teams, managing large clients, and performing all financial oversight for a business. Prior to joining ClearRidge, Carey was the CEO and Founder of ProRecruiters. She created, built and after 15 years sold the business in 2021. Carey didn’t work with ClearRidge when she sold her company, but she had known the founders for many years and had come to appreciate the great reputation and work they do, which led her to pursue the role as Client Relations Manager.
Carey graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a BS in English and Statistics in 1995. Before starting ProRecruiters, Carey worked at Williams Companies and did structured derivatives work for the Natural Gas division, The Advisory Board Company (located in Washington D.C.) and Chapman Foundations Management. Carey’s primary functions are to develop business opportunities for ClearRidge and ensure that new clients’ needs are met, serving as their account manager.
Carey lives in Tulsa with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys cooking and exercising and is an active member of the Tulsa community. Carey is currently involved in the National Charity League with her daughters and a board member to 2 different not-for-profit boards. Carey is also a Class 28 Graduate of Leadership Tulsa.
