Aberdeen Dynamics Acquires East Texas Seals, Marking Its Third Acquisition in Three Years

ETS Aberdeen Acquisition - ClearRidge

Aberdeen Dynamics, a provider of engineered hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid power systems, has acquired East Texas Seals, a premier distributor of manufactured and custom-designed O-rings, rubber seals, molded components, and sealing solutions throughout Texas. ClearRidge advises Aberdeen’s Senior Management and Board on acquisition strategy.

East Texas Seals (ETS) brings more than 35 years of sealing experience to the Aberdeen family as an authorized Parker Hannifin distributor. Operating from locations in Van and Houston, Texas, the company has earned a reputation for technical knowledge, extensive inventory, and responsive customer service across multiple industrial markets since its founding in 1994.

With the acquisitions of Industrial Specialties in 2023, Southwest Seal & Supply in 2025, and now East Texas Seals in 2026, Aberdeen has expanded into new markets and increased its geographic coverage across Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas.

ETS employees will join Aberdeen as employee-owners, contributing their industry expertise to the 100% employee-owned company.

“We are excited to welcome the ETS team into Aberdeen,” said Mike Spanier, President of Aberdeen Dynamics. “Their strong reputation in sealing solutions and technical support aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing customers with reliable, high-value solutions. We look forward to growing together and building on the strong foundation they’ve created in Texas.”

This acquisition strengthens Aberdeen’s presence in the fluid power and sealing markets, fortifying its hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical, and fluid conveyance capabilities to provide customers with a full range of integrated solutions.

Tommy Goodson, former owner of ETS, said, “Joining Aberdeen ensures that our customers will continue receiving the same level of service they’ve counted on, with the added benefit of expanded resources and products. This is a strong move for our employees and customers, and I’m confident it positions East Texas Seals for long-term success.”

ETS will continue operating from its Van and Houston locations, ensuring continuity for customers while gaining access to Aberdeen’s broader network and resources.
