Jonathan brings a dynamic blend of experience in corporate development, leveraged finance, and strategic M&A. Prior to joining ClearRidge, he led strategic M&A and Corporate Development efforts for various software companies, successfully executing multiple strategic acquisitions across different software verticals, including healthcare, cyber-security, and mobile device management. Prior to his Corporate Development experience, Jonathan began his corporate finance career at Morgan Stanley and Zions Bank. In 2016, Jonathan graduated from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Emory University – Goizueta Business School.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Morgan, and their beautiful daughter, Navy. He also loves traveling, golfing, history, and cheering for his hometown basketball team, the Miami Heat. He and his family reside in Salt Lake City, Utah.
