Matthew co-founded ClearRidge in 2008.  He is a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor and holds federal and state securities licenses as an investment banker, including Series 62, 63 and 79 securities licenses and is a registered investment banking agent with M&A Securities Group, Inc., member FINRA/SiPC.

Matthew is also a Board member and minority owner in River City Development, an owner, developer and manager of historic apartments, offices and hotel real estate in downtown Tulsa.

Matthew is an Executive Board Member and Trustee of Holland Hall School, the former Chairman of the Foundation of First Presbyterian Church, Chairman of the Board of the Rotary Club of Tulsa and Trustee of the Foundation. He is Past-President of the Oklahoma Chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization

Matthew’s merger and acquisition experience extends to over $1 Billion in M&A transactions including telecom, aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, pipeline services, construction, water infrastructure, utilities, oilfield services, plastics, chemicals, professional services, consumer products, engineering, HVAC, mechanical, fire suppression, software, building supplies, healthcare, food processing, agriculture and waste management.

Prior to moving to the U.S. and becoming an American citizen, Matthew managed the derivatives trading division of an investment banking, fund management and securities firm in London, England. Business ventures also took him from England to Paris, France working for Group Bull, a leading European information technology company. Matthew earned a Double Honors Degree in Management Economics and French from the University of Leeds, England.

Matthew spends most of his free time on the tennis court and with his wife and three children. He also enjoys golf, boating, and snow skiing.
