ParFab Industries is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ParFab group of companies. HSI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Process Technologies, Inc. (“EPTI”). ClearRidge advises EPTI and HSI's Management team and Board on acquisition strategy.
