Winston Company acquired Tulsa

Winston Company (Winston Chemical Water Gardening brands), a Tulsa, OK company owned by the Zahn family, was acquired by The Pond Guy Services, Inc., a Michigan company, owned by Jason Blake. Winston Company was advised by ClearRidge.

Winston Company has been producing environmentally friendly chemical products for over 30 years.

The Company’s products acquired by The Pond include pond and lake treatments and industrial water treatments. Sold through leading big box retailers and specialty stores, Winston’s CrystalClear® line of pond and lake maintenance products treat pond water with 100% natural and safe bacteria and enzymes.
