TULSA, OK – August 23, 2012 – ClearRidge, a leading Oklahoma investment banking, M&A and restructuring firm, has expanded its team with the addition of Shanna Dutton, a seasoned finance and accounting executive. At ClearRidge, Shanna is actively involved in M&A, restructuring, due diligence and financial analysis engagements.

Shanna is a CPA with a wide range of accounting and finance experience. Her background includes work in private practice providing consulting and auditing services to credit unions and banks, assisting banks in managing troubled asset accounts, in the government sector as a financial institution examiner, as well as time spent with a public accounting firm with an emphasis on auditing. Shanna has a love for finding the proverbial needle in a haystack, which has served her well in forensic accounting work.

Shanna lives in Tulsa and grew up in Indiana. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Manchester University, a small private university in North Manchester, Indiana. She immediately passed her CPA and began her career in Columbus, Ohio with the National Credit Union Administration.
